Moravian Church Unity Synod Held in Bethlehem, PA, USA


For the first time since 1957 Bethlehem, PA, was the host location of the Unity Synod of the Moravian Church. The Unity Synod took place August 7 through August 20, 2002, at Moravian College.

This synod, or general business meeting, is held every 7 years at different locations throughout the world and will have representatives present from the 19 provinces of the Moravian Unity.
