Eastern District Synod

The Eastern District Synod will convene on the North Campus of Moravian College in Bethlehem from June 18 to 21, 2008.
The theme of this synod is One in Mission, One in Call.
Registration will take place from 8:30 a.m. -12:00 noon, Wednesday, June 18, with meetings for committee chairpersons, secretaries and new delegates also scheduled during this time.
Synod will be called to order at 1:00 p.m. and will conclude with the noon meal on Saturday, June 21, 2008. Read more…

Volunteers Needed for Nicaragua

Building crews are needed to help rebuild homes, schools and churches in Nicaragua. As a result of Hurricane Felix, approximately 100,000 people are living in very crude temporary housing and need our help. This will be hard, hot, dirty work, NO FRILLS!
