Thursday, July 5 : Today we board our chartered buses and take a 3 hour trip to the small village of Kunwald to visit the place where our Moravian Church was founded in 1457. The museum, which will help us to remember this event, is built to resemble the small building which housed that new congregation of believers.

We will then continue on our way to Herrnhut, Germany where will we check into the Retreat Center which is run by the Moravian Church. In the afternoon we will travel to the village of Berthelsdorf to visit the Zinzendorf estate and hold a communion service and Lovefeast in the Lutheran Church where the August 13th experience came upon our Moravian ancestors.
